Cancellation Policy

General Policies (Applicable to All Services, Packages, and Memberships) Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to confirmation via email. You will receive a booking confirmation with details once your payment is processed. For packages and memberships, you will receive a schedule for sessions or services included in the plan. Payment: Payment must be made in full at the time of booking to secure your session or package. For memberships, payments are auto-billed monthly or annually depending on the plan selected. Rescheduling: Sessions may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the appointment time without penalty. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the session will incur a $25 rescheduling fee. Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or credit toward future services. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session will result in a 50% refund or credit. No-shows or cancellations within 12 hours of the session are non-refundable. Late Arrivals: If you are late for a session, the time will not be extended, and the session will end at the originally scheduled time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session may be forfeited and considered a no-show. Package Expiry: Packages must be used within the timeframe specified (e.g., 3 months or 6 months). Unused sessions after the expiration period are non-refundable. Membership Benefits: Membership benefits, such as discounts or exclusive access, are valid only during the active membership period. Memberships can be canceled at any time, but refunds will not be provided for unused portions of the billing cycle. Spiritual Guidance Services Booking Requirements: Sessions must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. Emergency readings or same-day sessions are available for an additional $50 fee (subject to availability).
